Braquillos, a traditional Spanish treat, were sold on the streets by "barquilleros", who made them early in the mornings and then carryed them in this beautiful large tins on their backs to the city, parks or fairs.
Nowadays you could see barquilleros selling theirs cookies in Madrid or Seville.
This delicious waffers are hand-made in Seville with the traditional recipe.
